Abstract:

Surprisingly, global economic projects were known centuries ago, in particular, the functioning of militant religious organizations has historically been based on scrupulous financial support. One of the most striking examples of this kind - The Order of the Temple - is in the focus of this article. The author explores the most complex aspects of the Order ahead of its time, including cross-border transactions, political and legal integration, peaceful ways to resolve business conflicts, and socially responsible activities.
