Abstract:

The article analyzes the codification of norms governing the rights and obligations of interstate associations. The author indicated that the circle of interaction between the subjects of the industry of the law of international organizations has at the center of the United Nations. at the same time, at the international universal level, it is customary to allocate another umbrella organization, and comparable to the UN in terms of membership - Interpol. To summarize a huge amount of information about the activities of international organisations, there is an interesting structure - the Union of International Associations. The general conclusion of the article: there is a certain world community of organisations, the rules of which = a set of statutes of interstate associations. The optimal model is the use of UN constituent acts, taking into account the specifics of a particular international organisation, while paying increased attention to regulating interaction with institutional bodies, as well as permanent and associate members, including regional (administrative-territorial) level offices.
