Abstract:

The article emphasizes that principles in international law are recognized by entities as legally binding. The author identifies 3 groups of principles: general, basic and special, and also suggests their application based on the nature of the norms that establish them. At the same time, the UN paid great attention to the principles that are universal and are criteria for the legality of all other international norms (rule jus cogens). It was concluded that systemic involves the interaction of both the principles of public international law and the principles of private international law.
