Abstract:

The article is based on the characteristic of the International Federation of Aeronautics, which is a sports federation and coordinates the air-sports movement. The author notes the Sports Code of this organization, which regulates the peculiarities of conflict resolution in the field of aviation sports. Based on the systemic nature of international sports relations, the article states that international air sports competitions, records and related areas of activity of the mentioned federation are the basis for the relevant rules and standards, corporate norms of a sports and legal nature and the path to the separation of air sports law.
