Abstract:

The article justifies the importance of the International Civil Defense Organization in the unification of civil defense and security rules. In particular, it is difficult to overestimate the initiatives of this organization in creating demilitarized zones, security zones, nuclear-free zones. The author concluded that the current topic developing the article is the implementation of the Global Agenda for Sustainable Development, strengthening international cooperation in the field of improving preparedness and response to the challenges and threats of the 21st century.
