Veterans of Hostilities in the Territory of Other States
Iglin Alexey Vladimirovich 1

1. Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation

Abstract:

The article justifies that states have historically established both the rights of veterans - usually expressed in the provision of special material support, plots of land, money, benefits, some privileges, and their obligations - for example, to ensure in the future the replenishment of military ranks with their male children. After analyzing special norms of international and Russian law, the author concluded that it is logical to create a specialized state authority that will actively participate in the life and adaptation of veterans, actively interact with public organizations in this area, since they operate very successfully and productively, as well as with international organizations and organizations of foreign countries.
