Abstract:

The title of the monograph emphasizes the importance and scientific value of the publication. The approach to the presentation of issues and problems set forth in the monograph is characterized by novelty, attention to modern trends in the development of international law as a subject of teaching and foreign policy of States, as well as modern trends in the development of the science of international law. The structure of the peer-reviewed textbook is due to the desire of the authors to consistently state the formation and development of the doctrine and practice of international legal personality: from the concept and types of subjects of international law, from the recognition and succession of states to the international legal personality of the Russian Federation. Reviewer´s conclusion: the monograph is a relevant comprehensive scientific study useful for law students, as well as for graduate students and teachers, international scientists and everyone who works in the field of international law.
