Abstract:

In article it is specified that diplomatic immunities are the special rights which the country of residence grants to diplomatic missions, representative offices of the states at the international intergovernmental organizations, to special missions, delegations on the international intergovernmental conferences, their heads, employees. The author concludes that the system of immunities can be presented as an instrument relevant to the performance by the State ´s external relations bodies and their staff of their functions, without hindrance.
