Abstract:

The article covers theories of international relations as an object of international law. It is now common to study 3 theories of international relations: 1) Realism; 2) Liberalism and 3) Constructivism. The author concludes that the patterns of international relations are: wars, globalization, protection of national interests and other transnational processes. The UN focuses on the development of international relations in the Millennium Declaration, the Sustainable Development Agenda 2030 and beyond, under the patronage of its specialized agencies. At the same time, the most promising are political integration at the universal and regional levels, the world order and the conformity of local activity with the inter-state universal system (in particular, the UN architecture).
