Abstract:

New theoretical knowledge of sports legal relationship in structure of international law is caused by allocation of four thematic aspects: fight against discrimination in sport, fight against violence during the sporting events, fight against doping in sport, fight against corruption in sport. These aspects are marked out from the international conventions governing the corresponding relations. Specified aspects push on unification of the norms and rules regulating the international sports movement. The main mechanism of this process are, certainly, the international organizations. In article creation of the international universal sports organization which has to receive the status of specialized institution of the UN as its purposes potentially coincide with the purposes and the ideas of the UN is proved. In such interpretation with the high status of intergovernmental organization of MSO it is capable to become the coordinating center of the international sports movement.
