Abstract:

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) – the permanent arbitration body founded in 1984 and specializing in permission of sports disputes. For consideration of disputes in specific "extreme" situations the International arbitration council in the field of sport approved the special standard and legal document Regulations of Settlement of Disputes, arising during the Olympic Games to which the international Court of Arbitration for Sport of ad hoc has to use. Experience of application of the called standard and legal document just for the first time took place at the Olympic Games in Atlanta-1996. It is represented, the analysed first experience of the organization of divisions of SAS at the Olympic Games will be demanded and will effectively resolve all possible conflicts at the forthcoming Olympic Games.
