Abstract:

Europeanization of the sports law is accompanied by operation of special tools (the European acts) and mechanisms (the European organizations) in sports. In total these elements also form the European sports law. As the practical embodiment of this phenomenon serve Evropiada, i.e. regional international complex sports competitions among athletes of the European continent. The author proves that europeanization of the sports law is caused by regional processes. At the same time, this system functions within the international sports movement that, certainly, allows to consider it an integral part of world sport, regional conglomerate of rules.
