Abstract:

Article is devoted to determination of the international legal personality of integration associations of the states. The author proves use of criteria of a legality to the organizations uniting the states in the sphere of economy, policy, the law and social problems. In the 21st century the role of the forums coordinating the states which are given an integration role increases and it is expedient to encourage possibilities of these subjects to participate in the international relations fully.
