Abstract:

In article it is proved that the global integration trend demands comprehensive investigation for understanding of essence of global management and regulation of a world order. In integration associations much attention is traditionally paid to convergence of trade and economic relations, but their legal registration gradually comes to the leading role, as in jurisdiction of supranational legal agencies - topical issues of control and protection of human rights and adaptation of contract precepts of law. The author outlined strokes in effect and the legal nature of the most authoritative courts of integration.
