Abstract:

In the article indicates that identity of the European integration generated discussions concerning a place of the European law in system of precepts of law. The European law is a special legal system as well as international law and to the European states as actors should approach carefully to creation of both interstate contracts, and the soft law within the UN, the EU, OSCE and the Council of Europe. The author proves not contradictions or identity of the specified legal systems but their interaction in questions of regulation of the interstate relations in various spheres.
