Резюме:

he reviewed material is a video of a series of 3 lectures on the history of international law read on November 28-30, 2016 at the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Higher Education "International Independent Ecological and Political Science University" by the famous Anglo-American lawyer and law professor William Elliott Butler. The review concluded that the lecturer did not take a trivial approach to the disclosure of the topic, since it was built on sources practically unknown in Russia and, paradoxically, some of them were prepared by domestic researchers. The reviewer also notes that the material of the lectures is presented in a friendly and simple language, taking into account the lecturer´s many years of experience as both a practicing lawyer and an academic employee with authority in the global scientific community.
