Abstract:

In resolving territorial differences, international communication has developed a number of models that have proven effective as legal methods, such as a condominium. The article provides not only a theoretical analysis of the circumstances of using this type of land ownership, but also a detailed list of cases - solutions to the territorial issue by states of different continents. The author concluded that the historical experience of the condominium is unique and in the current conditions would be very appropriate in a number of cases involving problems of international recognition of certain territories.
