Abstract:

The review characterizes the fundamental study of S.N. Baburin, first published in 2005 and devoted to the analysis of the most pressing problems of modern state history - territory. The reviewer´s conclusion: the peer-reviewed monograph is very useful in studying the institution of territory in law, especially in international law, and since it uses the achievements of not only domestic, but also foreign legal and political thought, it can become a comprehensive source of knowledge.
