Abstract:

The disclosure of the topic of the article is related to the work of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise - "Enterprises for Property Management Abroad" of the Presidential Administration (abbreviated name - FSUE "State Border Property"). The author concluded that during the entire period of the Enterprise´s existence, active work has been carried out aimed at improving the efficiency of using real estate abroad. In addition, the effective work of the Federal Agency for the Management of State Property (Federal Property Management Agency), in the structure of which is the Department of Industry Organizations and Foreign Property, should be emphasized. At present, it is necessary to carefully consider updating all agreements with the states on whose territory Russian property is located in order to exclude their dual interpretation after the collapse of the USSR, in connection with sanctions and, in general, the tension of the geopolitical situation.
