Резюме:

The article analyzes the framework of instruments and mechanisms aimed at maintaining international peace, security and protection: preventive diplomacy and mediation, peacekeeping, UN political missions, peacebuilding, the fight against terrorism and disarmament. The author expressed the conviction that the theory of international protection and security, control and guarantees does not fully correlate with existing international acts, needs further reflection and unification.
