Abstract:

The conclusion of the review indicates that the monograph of Tsitovich Y.V. is a serious study of an important scientific and methodological problem in the field of full national security of the state. It is filled with interesting observations and fresh conclusions, written in a good scientific and literary language, with clear respect for the subject of the study. Given the significant theoretical interest of the subject written by Y.V. Tsitovich and its proper level of preparation using material that helps the author conduct a logical analysis of the investigated factors and draw reasoned conclusions, the peer-reviewed monograph meets the requirements for works of a similar order, and is recommended for submission as the basis of a dissertation for the degree of candidate of legal sciences.
