The article justifies that an international organization is a State-derived subject of international law with a charter, organs and activities in the international arena. the author concludes that the status of an international organization originates in the entry into force of the charter, and the start of activities in the formation of bodies; To systematize the rules and rules governing organizations in international law, a special branch has been formed - the "law of international organizations"; An increase in the number of international organizations will contribute to the filling of this industry, will enrich the tools of the entire system of international law.
