Резюме:

Issues of legal personality in the field of sports were considered in relation to individual participants in the sports movement. Consequently, the main participants in the sports movement - individuals (athletes), sports organizations and states - are endowed with legal personality in sports. The author concludes that other problems affecting legal personality are inextricably connected with the problem of international legal recognition in sports: sports citizenship, choice of venue for sports competitions, offshore and a number of others. Therefore, the considered theoretical aspects in the system of legal norms are characteristic and objectively necessary for the development of the sports movement and sports law and will probably be the subject of further scientific and practical study.
