Резюме:

The article argues that in the dynamics of international relations, the recognition of a wide range of participants gives rise to globalization. In connection with the growing influence of such participants on interstate relations, it is advisable to formulate the category of "atypical subjects." This will contribute to taking into account the current trends in international legal regulation, in which human rights topics play a prominent place, an increasing share of public control, economic ties in macroeconomics, and the use of legal procedures to understand the essence of the world order. The author concludes that the role of individuals, non-governmental organizations, TNCs, international judicial institutions as subjects of international law will eventually grow from "atypical" to universally accepted ones.
