Abstract:

The article justifies that international responsibility is a legal means of ensuring the norms of international law. International responsibility entails the application of coercive measures to subjects of international law, in particular States, international organizations and individuals. The author concludes that the problems of responsibility in relation to subjects of international law are the subject of serious attention on the part of both the rules and the doctrine. Of course, the indicated areas will still be specified in scientific research.
