Abstract:

The article is devoted to the essence of the subject in law, its concept, elements, types, features of participation in social and interstate relations. The author pays special attention to the theory of legal personality, the place of the participant in legal relations in the implementation of law, the ratio of national and supranational factors of influence on subjects of law. Encouraging conclusions on problems and trends in the development of legal personality may form the basis for a comprehensive study of the category of "subject of law" both from the point of view of domestic law and from the point of view of international law.
