Резюме:

The thesis is devoted to the study of various aspects of the criminal jurisdiction of States and international criminal jurisdiction. In the structure of the work five sections, including seventeen subsections, conclusion, three annexes and a list of literature. The great merit of this study is, among other things, that it is based on deep doctrinal studies of world scientific thought. At the same time, the work is written in an accessible language, read easily and interestingly, which testifies to its high scientific level. General conclusion: the topic of the thesis is relevant, the work has scientific, theoretical and practical novelty.
