International Cooperation in Combating Cybercrime

Резюме:

The article deals with the characterization of international legal measures to counter threats to international security in cyberspace, (norms, rules and principles of responsible conduct of States, the need to comply with international law and its applicability to the use of information and communication technologies). The development of information technologies has created a new form of illegal acts - cybercrime, which is becoming a large-scale international threat capable of provoking conflicts in the system of international cooperation and cooperation. The author concluded that the elaboration of new international provisions on the criminalization of basic acts in the field of cybercrime with a view to assisting States in eliminating "safe zones" by harmonizing uniform crimes would form the basis of effective cooperation between States at the inter-State level.
