Abstract:

The article analyses permanent (diplomatic missions, consular offices) and temporary (special missions, delegations to diplomatic conferences) foreign relations bodies. Attention to the definition, structure and functions of foreign external relations bodies is due to the development of diplomatic and consular relations and their acquisition of a permanent nature. The exchange of such institutions is the key to normal inter-State relations. Diplomatic and consular relations are conducive to ensuring the peace and security of peoples, so the study of their subjects cannot be overestimated.
