Abstract:

Diplomacy in traditional value is means of the international communication on the basis of the right of external relations of the states. Presently the fact of existence of indissoluble communication of sport and policy becomes more and more obvious. The history of modern sport in many respects is reflection of history of the international relations. The author comes to a conclusion that sports diplomacy can play a role of a positive factor in settlement of the interstate conflicts, promote the fast solution of current problems, but for effective development of sports diplomacy it is necessary to develop its legal basis.
