Резюме:

From an extreme antiquity sports competitions stopped wars. But eventually the dialectics of interaction of sport and war was transformed. Sports and patriotic passions are sublimation of passions military patriotic. The international community, certainly, does not stand aside. In 1964 UNESCO and SIEPSS in common accepted the Manifesto on sport in which were underlined its important social function in the modern world and the international humanistic value. The author comes to a conclusion that sport – the ambassador of the world and integration of the people, the system of the international sports relations is wider political (in the IOC, for example, more members, than in the UN).
