Резюме:

Customs and usage proved as the main sources of the international relations in sports as they are generated by the most influential sports organizations, but with the status of non-governmental. The review of the organizations representing the international sports movement is provided in article: IOC, WADA, international sports federations, SIEPSS, FIEP, etc. Article proves that in the system of the international sports movement – the branched conglomerate of the sports organizations which relies on the non-governmental nature of their activity, but has high authority. The catalyst of the ideas in the sphere in the sphere of the organization of sport one more authoritative organization – the International association of the sports right is urged to become.
