Резюме:

The reviewed Project is devoted to modernization of official competitions in soccer of Russia and Ukraine, their integration as the uniform subject into the system of UEFA. The reviewed project turns on 3 blocks: 1) problems which he is called to solve; 2) concept and 3) realization results. General conclusion: the project carries a serious and relevant message to member countries, has scientific, theoretical and practical novelty, but his realization in the specified frameworks is premature.
