Abstract:

The international sports law is understood as the system of the interconnected norms and rules governing the public relations developing in the international sports activity. At the same time it is supposed that it includes both norms of the international public law, and corporate norms of the international organizations of the Olympic Movement. Object of the international sports legal relationship is the international sports activity which is understood as forms of participation of subjects of the international sports law in the relations connected about holding the international sporting events. It is represented that the specified subject will become relevant in international legal value still very long.
